With little experience in UAE corporate regulations, Elena and Andrew began by studying the registration processes of one of the UAE’s 40 free zones, focusing on Ajman due to its popularity and affordability. From their apartment, they managed all aspects of the business, with Andrew handling online promotions and Elena managing client interactions and sales.

Their initial marketing efforts centered on a simple onepage website and Google Ads, which brought in their first clients. Despite limited resources and funds borrowed from a friend, they remained committed. Each successful transaction led them to build connections with local industry professionals, which was crucial in getting their business off the ground.

Launching the Business


Emirabiz’s first few months were a learning period, with Elena and Andrew gradually mastering the intricacies of UAE business setup and residency processes. Within a year, they relocated to Dubai’s prestigious DMCC free zone, signaling a significant step forward. This move involved a substantial investment in a proper office, fitouts, and a prime location, which they believed would enhance their credibility and appeal to clients.
