Hustler Marketing

About the Company
Hustler Marketing, founded by Bostjan Belingar, focuses on email and SMS marketing for eCommerce stores worldwide. The agency manages marketing for over 70 clients, including BlendJet and SunWarrior, delivering revenue-generating strategies through personalized email and SMS campaigns. With a fully remote team of around 70 people from 20 countries, the agency operates on popular collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
Since its inception in July 2018, Hustler Marketing has worked toward helping eCommerce stores increase retention revenue, achieving a monthly revenue stream of approximately $200,000. The company aims to continually grow, projecting annual revenue in the millions while maintaining a profit margin of 30%, a goal that has shaped its strategic direction.
Idea Behind Company
Belingar, a man of diverse work experience, saw the potential for profitability in marketing after working as a videographer for YouTubers and studying online marketing and direct response copywriting. Inspired by this, he rented a flat in Barcelona and invited three friends to work on business ideas together, forming what he called the “Hustle House,” a collaborative space to grow and share knowledge.
The concept emerged from his desire to break free from paycheck-to-paycheck living and build something sustainable. By focusing on email marketing, he saw a way to offer a niche service that could significantly increase eCommerce revenue, positioning his company for a unique market opportunity that was largely untapped at the time.
Creating the Company
Hustler Marketing’s formation involved Bostjan starting as a freelancer on platforms like Upwork, where he secured his first significant client. Though new to email marketing’s technical side, Bostjan quickly learned and began delivering complete email marketing services. He brought in friends as the workload increased, one of whom now leads HR, allowing him to focus on expanding the business and honing his skills.
Belingar registered Hustler Marketing officially in Estonia and began operating under the company’s name. Early on, clients were sourced through platforms and cold email outreach, with Bostjan dedicating extensive time to mastering copywriting, segmentation, and marketing automation. This approach enabled Hustler Marketing to scale rapidly and gain a reputation in the industry.
Launching the Business
The business officially took off around six months after inception, following early client acquisition and team expansion. Bostjan organized a team retreat in Barcelona, aligning everyone on the company’s mission and growth strategies. Initial successes allowed him to hire a COO and form a larger operational team, although challenges soon tested the company’s resilience.
A critical moment came when Hustler Marketing faced significant team and client losses, leading to a financial downturn. Refocusing on sales and past leads helped stabilize the business, and the company rebounded with renewed growth, ending its second year with over $600,000 in revenue.
Earnings
Today, Hustler Marketing generates over $200,000 in monthly revenue, with a net profit margin of around 30%. The company has steadily increased earnings by delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding offerings to include SMS marketing. Bostjan plans to grow both the sales and marketing teams to support further revenue increase.
Future revenue growth is expected as the agency explores new services and partnerships. Investments in team welfare, such as salary raises and bonuses, are also part of the company’s strategy to retain talent and ensure sustainable growth. Hustler Marketing’s focus on quality lead generation and client satisfaction has secured a steady revenue stream while allowing for expansion into new markets and services.
