His vision evolved over time as he shifted focus to branding and marketing, realizing the high retention and profit margins these services offered. In 2018, the agency was rebranded as MOTIF® to align with its niche market and value-driven approach.

The early days of MOTIF® were built on experimentation and learning. Ash acquired his first clients by offering free services to understand the needs of luxury brands. This approach allowed him to refine the agency’s offerings and focus on industries where his team had expertise, particularly luxury lifestyle and beauty.

Ash mapped out service lines to optimize revenue for clients, starting with audits or branding blueprints. Over time, he removed less impactful services, such as organic social media marketing, and introduced more valuable ones like revenue optimization.
